There is an old English proverb that says ‘empty vessels make the most noise’.
And many people think that being able to talk the most and shout the loudest makes for a good communicator. It does not.
A good communicator will be someone who has mastered the art of listening well and perfected the ability to  communicating effectively using the minimum amount of words.
As Plato, classical Greek philospher, once said …’Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something.’
So if you want to be a good communicator, think before you speak and remember less is always more! There is an old English proverb that says ‘Empty vessels make the most noise’.
